Malai Chaap Recipe

Ingredients
Chaap : 500 gm (Serve 3-4)
Butter : 30 gm
Oil : 2 tbsp
Green Capsicum : ½ big pieces
Onion : ½ Cup big pieces
Tomato : ¼ cup big pieces
Hung Curd : ¾ cup
Cream : ½ Cup
Malai : 2 tbsp
Cashews Paste : 13-14 pieces
Garam Masala Powder : 2 tbsp
Chaat Masala Powder : 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder : 2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander
Black Salt
Lemon / Lime Juice : 3 tbsp
Ginger - Garlic Paste : 2 tbsp
Salt : 1 tbsp for taste

Procedure to Marinate Chaap

For the Marination, Mix the following ingredient given below into a bowl
Hung Curd
Malai
Cashews Paste
Garam Masala Powder
Chaat Masala Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Black Salt
Coriander Powder
Lime/Lemon Juice
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt

Whip them all together properly so that there is no lump.
Cut the white chaap into pieces as per your desired size and dip all the pieces into the marination paste.

Cover the bowl and let it be the same for at least 30-45 minutes.
Procedure to cook and prepare the Malai Chaap
Pour 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter into a pan and roast all the pieces carefully and completely from all the sides.
Put the roasted pieces into one plate and now cook the vegetables in the same pan and toss all the vegetables to cook properly. Don’t over cook the vegetables too much and now pour the marinated paste into the pan and cook the gravy for 1 minute.
